How to do it
- Put one end of a barbell in a landmine holder or wedge it firmly into a corner.
- Lift the other end to your shoulder with one hand and stand with your feet wide.
- Press the bar up and forward until your arm is straight.
- Lower it slowly back to your shoulder; finish your reps, then switch sides.
Do all reps on one side, then switch.
Beginner tip: Tighten your stomach and press the bar up along its natural angle.
