Your data stays on your device
Gym Planner has no accounts and no server database. Your equipment choices, optional gym name and program are stored in your browser's local storage on this device only. Clearing browser data removes them. You can also use "Clear saved data" on the home page.
No tracking
We don't collect personal data, use advertising trackers or sell anything. Calculator inputs such as weight, height and age stay in the page and are not saved.
Location
Our code does not read your location. The "Find a gym" button simply opens Google Maps, which follows Google's own privacy policy.
Not medical advice
Programs, tips and calculator results are general information and estimates, not medical advice. If you have a health condition, an injury or are unsure, please talk to a doctor or a qualified trainer before you start.
Guidelines, not rules
Sets, reps, rest times and weekly volume use common starting points. They are not guaranteed to suit everyone and do not promise any particular result.
About gyms and equipment
Gym Planner never claims that a gym owns specific equipment. Programs use only the equipment you select yourself.
