How to do it
- Set the bar in a rack at chest height, grip it a little wider than your shoulders, rest it on your upper chest and step back.
- Stand with feet about hip-width and quickly dip by bending your knees a little.
- Drive up hard with your legs and use that push to press the bar overhead until your arms are straight.
- Lower the bar slowly back to your upper chest.
Beginner tip: Dip only a little, then let the push from your legs drive the bar up.
