Equipment
No equipment needed — bodyweight only.
How to do it
- Start in a push-up position, then walk your feet in and lift your hips high so your body makes an upside-down V.
- Place your hands a little wider than your shoulders and look at the floor between them.
- Bend your elbows and slowly lower the top of your head toward the floor in front of your hands.
- Push the floor away until your arms are almost straight, keeping your hips high.
Beginner tip: Keep your hips high; the closer your feet, the more your shoulders work.
