Equipment
No equipment needed — bodyweight only.
How to do it
- With your back to a wall, place your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart and kick your legs up against the wall, arms straight.
- Keep your body tight and straight, then bend your elbows to lower your head slowly toward the floor.
- Push yourself back up until your arms are almost straight.
Beginner tip: Practise holding a steady wall handstand first, and always lower slowly.
