Equipment
No equipment needed — bodyweight only.
How to do it
- Stand with feet about hip-width apart and hands on your hips.
- Step forward with one leg and lower until your back knee nearly touches the floor, keeping your body upright.
- Push through your front heel to rise, then bring your back leg forward into the next lunge.
- Keep walking and alternating legs so each side gets the same number of reps.
Do all reps on one side, then switch.
Beginner tip: Use a clear walkway and move slowly to keep your balance.
