How to do it
- Wedge one end of a barbell into a landmine or corner, load the other end and hook a row handle under the bar.
- Stand straddling the bar, knees slightly bent, hips back, back straight, chest up, arms extended.
- Pull the weight up to your upper belly, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower it slowly until your arms are straight.
Beginner tip: Pull smoothly; don't jerk the weight up.
