How to do it
- Sit at the machine with your feet on the footrests, knees slightly bent, and pick a weight.
- Reach forward to grab the handle, then sit up tall with a straight back, chest up and arms extended.
- Pull the handle to your belly, elbows close to your body, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly straighten your arms forward while keeping your upper body still.
Beginner tip: Sit tall and keep your body still; don't rock back to pull.
