How to do it
- Attach a long bar to the top pulley, pick a weight, grip it about shoulder width with palms down and step back a couple of steps.
- Lean forward slightly with your arms stretched out in front and a small bend in your elbows.
- Keeping your arms straight, sweep the bar down until your hands reach your thighs.
- Slowly let the bar return to the start.
Beginner tip: Keep your arms straight; don't bend your elbows to help.
