How to do it
- Attach a rope to a high cable pulley, hold both ends and step back a little.
- Lean forward slightly with a flat back and your arms reaching up in front of you.
- Keeping your arms straight, pull the rope down to your thighs.
- Let your arms rise slowly back to the start.
Beginner tip: Keep your arms nearly straight so your back does the work, not your elbows.
