How to do it
- Attach a single handle to a low pulley, pick a weight and step back into a split stance.
- Hold the handle in one hand with your arm extended forward.
- Pull the handle toward your body, elbow close to your side, turning your palm up as you pull.
- Slowly straighten your arm; finish your reps, then repeat on each side.
Do all reps on one side, then switch.
Beginner tip: Stand steady and pull with your back, not by twisting your body.
