How to do it
- Sit at the end of a bench with your legs together and the dumbbells behind your calves.
- Lean forward with a flat back and pick up the dumbbells, palms facing each other.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, raise your arms out to the sides until they are level with the floor.
- Lower the dumbbells slowly back down.
Beginner tip: Use light dumbbells and keep your body still without swinging.
