How to do it
- Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, palms facing in.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, lift the dumbbells out to the sides.
- Stop when your arms are about level with your shoulders.
- Lower them slowly back to your sides.
Beginner tip: Use light dumbbells and lift without swinging your body.
