How to do it
- Place a kettlebell in front of your feet, bend your knees slightly, push your hips back and lean over with a flat back.
- Grab the kettlebell with one hand, arm hanging straight down.
- Pull the kettlebell up to the side of your stomach, elbow close to your body.
- Lower it slowly; finish your reps, then switch sides.
Do all reps on one side, then switch.
Beginner tip: Rest your free hand on your thigh to help keep your back flat.
