How to do it
- Attach a rope to a pulley above head height, pick a weight and kneel a short distance away.
- Hold both ends of the rope with your arms stretched up and forward.
- Pull the rope toward your upper chest, elbows out, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly straighten your arms back to the start.
Beginner tip: Stay tall and still, and squeeze your shoulder blades on every pull.
