How to do it
- Choose the helping weight; the more you select, the easier it gets.
- Hold the top handles and place your knees or feet on the platform one at a time, arms straight.
- Pull yourself up until your chin is over the handles, driving your elbows down toward your sides.
- Lower yourself slowly to straight arms; when done, step off the platform one leg at a time.
Beginner tip: Start with plenty of help and reduce it as the move feels easier.
