Equipment

How to do it
- Stand with feet a little wider than your shoulders, holding a kettlebell in one hand.
- Hinge at the hips and swing the kettlebell back between your legs, back straight.
- Snap your hips forward so the kettlebell floats up to chest height.
- Let it swing back between your legs; finish your reps, then switch sides.
Do all reps on one side, then switch.
Beginner tip: The power comes from your hips, not from lifting with your arm.
