How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell in one hand and stand on the leg on the same side, knee slightly bent.
- Hinge at the hips and lower your body while your free leg reaches straight back.
- Go down until your body is nearly level with the floor, or as far as you can stay balanced.
- Stand back up; finish your reps, then switch sides.
Do all reps on one side, then switch.
Beginner tip: Lightly touch a wall or rack with your free hand for balance at first.
