How to do it
- Stand tall holding a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing you, resting in front of your thighs.
- Lift your elbows up and out to the sides, pulling the dumbbells up close to your body.
- Raise them until they are about chest height, with your elbows higher than your hands.
- Lower the dumbbells slowly back to your thighs.
Beginner tip: Lead with your elbows and lift only as high as feels comfortable.
