How to do it
- Stand facing a sturdy bench with a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- Place one whole foot on the bench.
- Push through the heel on the bench to step up and stand tall, then step down slowly one foot at a time.
- Finish your reps, then repeat on the other side.
Do all reps on one side, then switch.
Beginner tip: Let the leg on the bench do the work instead of bouncing off the floor.
