How to do it
- Set a bench to an incline and lie face down with your chest on the pad.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other, arms hanging straight down.
- Pull the dumbbells up to your sides, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower them slowly to straight arms.
Beginner tip: Keep your chest on the bench; don't lift off it to help the pull.
