How to do it
- Step onto the station, rest your forearms on the arm pads, hold the handles and keep your back against the pad.
- Let your legs hang straight down toward the floor.
- Tighten your stomach and raise your straight legs until they are about parallel to the floor, then pause.
- Slowly lower your legs back to the start.
Beginner tip: If straight legs feel too hard, bend your knees and raise them instead.
