How to do it
- Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing you, knees slightly bent.
- Hinge at your hips until your upper body is almost level with the floor, back straight, arms hanging.
- Pull the dumbbells up to your sides, elbows close to your body, squeezing your back.
- Lower them slowly to straight arms.
Beginner tip: Keep your back straight and body still; only your arms move.
