How to do it
- Take a barbell from the rack onto your upper back and stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Step forward with one leg and lower until your back knee nearly touches the floor.
- Push through your front foot to rise, bringing your back leg forward into the next step.
- Keep walking and alternating legs until you finish the reps on each side.
Do all reps on one side, then switch.
Beginner tip: Try it without weight first and make sure you have clear space to walk.
