How to do it
- Place your hands on the floor wider than your shoulders and hold your body straight on your toes, like a plank.
- Bend your elbows and lower your chest slowly toward the floor.
- Push yourself back up until your arms are straight.
Beginner tip: If it feels too hard, try it with your knees on the floor first.
