How to do it
- Adjust the backrest so your knee lines up with the machine's pivot, and set the pad just above your ankle.
- Sit back fully, hold the side handles and place one leg under the pad.
- Straighten that leg until it is almost fully extended, pause, then lower it slowly.
- Finish your reps, then switch and repeat on the other side.
Do all reps on one side, then switch.
Beginner tip: Use a lighter weight than two legs and do the same reps on each side.
