How to do it
- Adjust the backrest so your knees line up with the machine's pivot, and rest the back of your ankles on the lower pad.
- Lower the thigh pad so it sits snugly just above your knees, and hold the side handles.
- Bend your knees to pull the pad down and under the seat as far as you can, then pause.
- Slowly let your legs return to the start.
Beginner tip: Stay seated back against the pad and return slowly.
