How to do it
- Stand tall and hold a barbell at shoulder width with your palms facing down.
- Keep your elbows by your sides and curl the bar up to shoulder height.
- Slowly lower the bar until your arms are almost straight.
Beginner tip: Go lighter than a normal curl and keep your wrists straight.
