No equipment needed — bodyweight only.
How to do it
- Stand facing a bench or sturdy ledge and put your hands on the edge, a bit wider than your shoulders.
- Walk your feet back until your body is straight from head to heels.
- Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the edge, then push back up to straight arms.
Beginner tip: The higher the surface, the easier it is; pick a height that feels doable.
