How to do it
- Set a bench to an incline and sit back against it with a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging down.
- Turn your palms to face forward and keep your elbows still.
- Curl the dumbbells up toward your shoulders.
- Lower them slowly until your arms are straight.
Beginner tip: Use lighter dumbbells than usual and keep your back on the bench.
