No equipment needed — bodyweight only.
How to do it
- Place your hands on the floor a bit wider than your shoulders and rest your toes on a bench.
- Keep your body straight from head to heels.
- Bend your elbows and lower until your chest is close to the floor.
- Push the floor away to return to straight arms.
Beginner tip: Keep your belly tight so your hips don't sag.
