How to do it
- Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, palms facing your legs.
- Set your feet about shoulder-width apart, toes turned out slightly, and look ahead.
- Bend your knees and push your hips back to lower until your thighs are about parallel to the floor.
- Push through your heels to stand back up.
Beginner tip: Keep your chest up and your eyes looking forward the whole time.
