How to do it
- Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Press the dumbbells up above your chest until your arms are straight.
- Lower them slowly until your upper arms lightly touch the floor.
- Pause for a moment, then press the dumbbells back up.
Beginner tip: Let your upper arms touch the floor gently; don't bounce them off it.
