How to do it
- Stand on the band with both feet about shoulder-width apart, with equal length on each side.
- Bring the handles up to shoulder height, palms facing forward.
- Bend your knees and push your hips back to lower until your thighs are about parallel to the floor.
- Push through your heels to stand up, keeping your hands at your shoulders.
Beginner tip: Keep the band flat and centred under your feet so it stays in place.
